This year's Riverside Township School District Educational Support Professional of the Year is Mrs. Crane-McElroy. Mrs. McElroy's presence and unwavering commitment resonate throughout our school and district. Her work in our community goes far beyond the classroom assistant role. She is a second teacher to her class, providing support and acting as a motherly figure to all students in the district. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. McElroy assumes the role of a leader among her peers and an inspiration for her colleagues in all three buildings. From the early morning hustle to the late evening wind-down, her dedication knows no bounds. She's the quiet force behind seemingly every event, every initiative, and every success story we celebrate. Whether in the classrooms, the hallways, or the district meetings, her influence and involvement are omnipresent. From the REA governance to high school class advisor to running the after-school academy to helping organize the holiday initiated... she is everywhere. It is no exaggeration to say that Mrs. McElroy is the heartbeat of our community and a true champion for all things Riverside, fostering a sense of pride and unity that resonates throughout the district and the town. Mrs. McElroy's incredible contributions are invaluable as she is tirelessly involved in every facet of our educational journey, and we are profoundly grateful for everything she does.
